Training Needs Analysis/Assessment
The successful acquisition and mastery of new skills, attitudes, and behaviors is made possible by an accurate understanding of the skills the learner has at the start and the size and complexity of skills that they need to develop. Assessing the needs and conducting an analysis of the training needs is the first step to developing a training program. My experience working in technology companies and universities has provided me with the expertise to translate business requirements into tangible learning goals and objectives, analyze workflows, identify missing steps or additional materials and to develop skill assessments, and learning progress metrics (KPI's).
